The Pilot
BJÖRN JELINEKBjörn has worked in CAD and parametric design for more than 15 years. He teaches Rhino and Grasshopper at Paraflow, runs CNC and laser fabrication at Cutform — and Hivemaster is where the art happens.
The work people know him for is the Stargate — the portal that stood on the Hive stage at Mo:Dem Festival for about a decade before it retired in 2026. Everything starts the same way: a definition written by hand in Rhino and Grasshopper, no AI in the geometry. What comes out of it gets laser-cut, assembled and lit.
